The media has been surprisingly quiet with concern of the latest stimulus bill program, the government appliance rebates program [see Government Appliance Rebate Program Explained]. Here we are at the end of November and many of us expected the program to begin a month ago. Each state has their own appliance rebates programs and the authority to handle most of the details separately so I will focus on my home state of Michigan for now. I will attempt to clear up the details and hopefully answer a few questions for our site visitors.
